Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities as well as remote areas where courier services are available.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our delivery services in the future.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Karachi: 2–4 business days
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping rates simple and affordable:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free Shipping: Available on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount (if applicable)

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive your tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan.

Please ensure that the exact amount is available at the time of delivery. Our courier partners may not always have change available.

Repeated failed COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us.

To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or promotions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen events
  • Weather conditions or logistical disruptions
  • Courier service issues beyond our control

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we will keep you informed if there are any significant delays with your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of damage or loss during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product
  • Our team will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution

If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery (especially in COD orders) without a valid reason, the order may be canceled, and future orders may require prepayment.
